An Earthling’s Guide to Planetary Health

This is the Regenerating Life study guide. It is for anyone interested in exploring a holistic approach to the climate crisis. It is based on and expands upon the documentary Regenerating Life.

The Guide follows the flow of the documentary – chapter by chapter – and includes references, citations, and links that back-up and expand upon the content of the film. It clearly explains the concepts explored in the film which together give a picture of how life on Earth regulates the climate. It should be useful for anybody who has seen the film and wants to know more or get clarity on an idea or story.
